The Schmidt Group helped us sell our Fathers home after his passing. During a hard time for us they were always compassionate and helped us with everything from cleaning out the house, contacts for help with dumpsters, painters, legal and title issues, etc. They treated our family and my Dads home like we were part of their family and I cannot say how much we appreciated that.
