Tiffany, Dan and AJ of The Schmidt Group are all excellent! My husband had recently passed away and they were all so very helpful with selling our rental property. Tiffany especially - she kept me well informed every step of the way, is very knowledgeable and always so very positive. She was exactly what I needed at that time and I'll always remember her kindness and support. Dan and AJ were so helpful when a problem arose right before closing. They stepped right in and took care of it for me. I deeply appreciated what they did. When it is time to sell our residence they will be the only realtors I will consider. A great group!!!
